Building Warrant approved in West Lothian for Proposed Internal Alterations including Wall Removals, New Kitchen, Laundry and WC.

Planning Permission granted in Scottish Borders for a Proposed Single Storey Front and Gable Extensions with Internal Alterations to an existing Cottage. The proposals include the enlargement of the Kitchen, Dining and Family Space, a Utility with Shower and gable Plant Room/Pantry. A new WC off the Sung/Entrance with enlarged opening to the existing Lounge. Reconfigured Master Bedroom with En-suite and Dressing is also proposed. The upper floor works form a new Bathroom with configured Bedrooms.

Building Warrant approved in Edinburgh for the Proposed Conservatory Removal, Roof Window and Window to Door with Internal Alterations. Ground floor alteration by way of wall removal between Kitchen and Dining create new open plan Kitchen/Diner with access to Garden through new enlarged opening and sliding doors. First floor alterations include creation of a Study and En-suite with stair access to the Utility thus connecting these spaces for ease of use.

Works complete in Edinburgh for a Proposed Two Storey Gable and Single Storey Rear Extension. Client delighted with the outcome. Monir changes during the build, the location of the Kitchen, which was originally proposed, happy to say client acknowledges the suggestion and it now compliments the open plan space created.
