Apologies for the lack of content ! It’s due to having some time off for home improvements and maintenance of my own house!

Now’s a great time to get all your maintenance work done… like boiler servicing!

Here’s how far I go for routine servicing… are you getting value for money?
The big national companies only do basic testing /safety tests and call it a service

On this baxi 800:
fan and burner removed
clean/flush of the heat exchanger airways,
Recharge the expansion vessel
Water quality and inhibitor test

DONT WAIT until your heating engineer is overloaded in the autumn / winter to book your service!

All with 10 year guarantee!
