A look at one of our recently completed projects, transforming the rear of this property into a bright, modern open-plan kitchen and living space.
This project involved the build from the ground up, along with substantial alterations to the existing property to open everything up and create one large usable space.

Another kitchen project recently completed by T&M Building Services in Woodhouse Eaves.

We removed the original kitchen and transformed the space with a new kitchen and worktops, along with new LVT flooring.
The works also included electrical alterations, including new sockets and lighting to suit the new kitchen layout.

A complete transformation and a great result for the customer. 👌

Another project completed by T&M Building Services, transforming an existing conservatory into a brand-new rear extension and completely changing the layout and feel of the downstairs.
This was a proper transformation from start to finish, including:
🔨 Removal of the existing conservatory
🧱 New rear extension
⚡ Relocation of gas & electrical services
🏗️ Removal of internal walls and installation of RSJs
🚪 New bifold doors
🪟 Velux rooflights
🚽 New downstairs WC
🍳 New kitchen installation
🏝️ Bespoke Corian island worktop
🪣 Belfast sink
🪵 New slatted fence
🧱 Brickwork and blockwork to tie the new extension into the existing property
✨ Full plastering and finishing throughout

The end result has completely opened up the downstairs, creating a much larger, brighter and more practical kitchen/living space.

A big project with plenty of different trades and stages involved, but another one we're really proud to have completed. 👌

🏡 Garage Conversion Transformation 🔨

Here's one of our recent projects where we converted one side of a double garage into a brand-new living space.

This wasn't just a simple conversion. We had to: ✅ Raise the garage floor to match the existing house level.
✅ Remove the original roof trusses and install an RSJ to create a much higher ceiling.
✅ Knock through into the house so the new room flowed seamlessly with the existing living space. ✅ Fully insulate, plaster and finish the room to a high standard.

This customer wanted to replace an outdated conservatory with a fully insulated brick-built extension that could be used all year round.
