I have just completed what is likely my favourite project to date.

Some background: a friend of a friend who runs Out the Box Living Spaces contacted me. After he described being let down on a job and we spoke at length, I travelled up to inspect the site.

I knew immediately I wanted to take it on.

The work involved a beach hut in the dunes of Newton By The Sea 😍😍

I specified a Baxi 424 Combi boiler with weather compensation. Following a brief discussion, the owner requested an outdoor shower and left the design to me 🫡

I installed a handmade un-lacquered copper shower head, custom copper pipework with brass connections, and a bespoke handmade towel rail.

I believe they are quite pleased with the result.

We managed to drag our North East Baxi Rep down to installer show last week and he showed us all the new products that have just been released.

On the left is JBT Plumbing & Heating Alnwick Ltd, Silver award winner for best plumber in the UK and one of my best friends.

You’ll often see us two working together on jobs, since we are both on our own, it allows us to get jobs done much quicker without any drop in quality.

Well done James, extremely well deserved award 🥈

It’s that time of year again.
