A High output Fish & Chip unit.
30 foot converted shipping container with reinforced support frame, fitted with German Haacon manual lifting jacks, model:1689 10-232182 lifting capacity 10tons. (2.5 tonnes capacity each Jack)
The lifting jacks allow the unit to be transported on a flat bed lorry ( No Hiab crane required)
The front hatch is hydraulically operated, with the serving area and counter that folds down giving a working area of 1500mm deep by 8000mm wide
3 phase 32amp electrical supply required.
The fryers are supplied by 10, 47kg gas bottles, supplying a 40kg first and second stage regulator.
Total gas loading of the unit 270kw
The gas supply is interlocked with a S&S gas interlock system.
Henry Nuttle 4 pan island range, with Bain Maries The frying range slides in and out on heavy duty slide rails, this gives a large working area behind the frying range.
6 Pitco fryers model:SG14 (stainless steel burners) 3 fryers each side of the range.
A extraction canopy is fitted above each bank of Pitco fryers, extracting out the rear of the container.
The Henry Nuttle range extraction duct work connects onto fixed duct work by a collar, this allows the range to slide in and out and to connect to its own extraction system.
A double bowl sink unit 500x400 sink bowls with storage underneath.
Rinnai LPG water heater model: 11i
The water is supplied by an external tank with a 240 volt pump fitted internally.
The waste water is pumped by a external pump from a holding bin.

The top sign is 1800 mm high by 7000mm long, this is lifted manually and held in position by 4 support bars which are bolted into position.
The sign is lit by burnt orange neon letters. (Seaside FIsh & Chips)
The front and sides are cladding in reclaimed timber.
The container and all woodwork has recently be painted.
