🚨 Boiler Breakdown to New Install in Under 24 Hours 🔧

Got a call yesterday at 4pm from an elderly customer with no heating or hot water.

Diagnosed the issue – part was discontinued, so repair wasn’t an option.

Thanks to some very understanding regular customers (appreciate you 🙏), I reshuffled today’s jobs and installed a brand new Worcester 1000 30kw boiler.

✔️ Installed and up & running by 2pm today
✔️ Heating & hot water fully restored

This week, we successfully installed a new Black Electric Monsoon Shower for a customer. This model includes an overhead shower attachment, a feature commonly found in mixer showers. Over the weekend, I tried something a bit unconventional in my home: adding mosaic tiles to the windowsill. I'm pleased with the result; it complements the acoustic panels and guitar nicely.
