GP Garden Care

17/10/2026

Quite a challenging week this week (what with heavy downpours and roadworks), but I dug deep and persevered....

Visits to spaces in Bare, Morecambe, Heysham, Aldcliffe & Lancaster saw GP Garden Care carry out:

Lawn Mowing and Strimming,
Pruning of a large Pyracantha,
Weeding,
Leaf collecting,
Clearing a large volume of bramble and briers.

It's felt like Hard Work, but for happy Homeowner's it's all worthwhile! 😊

Another Garden ready to hit the Sales Market...

Last week I tackled an overgrown space in Lancaster, which included Grass, Plantain, Buddleia, and Dandelions growing in all directions!

After a lot of hard work in pretty grim weather, this space is back looking neat and tidy, ready for the home to hit the Sales market.

Lots of w**ding, mowing, pruning, and leaf clearing, for a number of happy homeowners.

Another day of graft before I get to enjoy the weekend...

🎶🎵 "So when you hear this Autumn Song, Remember the best times are yet to come..."🎶🎵

It’s been another chocker block week, tackling a varied job list for homeowners in and around Morecambe, Bare, Torrisholme, Cragbank and Lancaster.

So, what have I been up to??

Pruning of small Shrubs - Light pruning of hedges and small shrubs (Yew, Juniper, Hypericum, and Privet) in Lancaster and Torrisholme.

I have been tidying overgrown edges along property walls and roadside verges in Aughton.

I've also been on my knees, down into the wet soil, clearing out a number of stubborn w**ds in Lancaster and Crag Bank.

And finally, I have surprisingly managed to carry out a couple of mowing jobs in Heysham & Hest Bank!

Another varied week, just shows how no 2 x gardens are the same!!

Flashback post to approx. 12 months ago when my business made the local paper... 😊😊😊

For a few days I felt quite famous, most notably when I went to grab a chippy tea later that day!! 🤣🤣

A year later and I won again!!! Still can't believe it...

Thanks again Lancaster Guardian

So long Summer 2026....

Hello Autumn! 🍂 🍂

The nights are drawing in and the leaves will start to fall (with the rain!!). I'm looking forward to helping home owners get their outside spaces in order after a very hot summer!

Garden Tidy Ups, Pruning, Weeding and for the time being, Mowing jobs will certainly keep me busy for the time being.

What a week of completing jobs across Lancaster and Morecambe! 🌿😍💪

Monday saw me take on a 'Garden Reset' for a lovely couple in Lancaster. They've recently moved and dream of a landscaped garden, more to their personal style and taste. I carried out a day of w**ding, digging and chopping, resulting in a spacious, blank canvas for getting creative in the future.

Next up - a couple of small Lawn cuts and w**ding jobs for homeowners in Morecambe (check out the Dandelion - I LOVE removing a large w**d by the root!!), keeping things looking in order.

2 x Hawthorn, Privet Hedge cuts and each lovely homeowner can enjoy looking out on their outdoor spaces again....

If your space is in need of TLC, get in touch!
Limited Availability from October... but they won't be around for long!
