Job at Taylour Cres. Customer asked us in to replace roof and harl house. Erected scaffold around property, Stripped ridge off roof and tiles. Removed all battens and insulation board back to rafters. Nailed new 19mm sarken board down the fitted counter battens. Tile battened roof with 2x1. Harled chimney then tiled the front roof with a plastic verge system. Back roof was the same with main roof. Renewed flat roof in a fibre glass system with a grey top coat to finish,fitted new lead side skews,slated haffits on doormer, fitting new 9mm plastic capping board, tiled roof then fitted a dry ridge system. First coated house,then harled house in a Durite chip to match extension. Great work from the team on this job!!

Back roof replaced at Union Row. Erected scaffold, removed ridge and stripped tiles. Removed old wood and insulation board right back to rafters. Nailed down 19mm sarken then felted roof in a breathable felt. Counter battened roof then nailed on tile battens. Fitted bonding guter both sides and tiles neighbours roofs into gutter. Tiled roof in a Donard tile then screwed ridge back down.

Job at Edzell, customer had a bad leak in her flat roof. Erected scaffold at front,flat roof was failing and the slated part of roof was a mess. Stripped ridge then slates off roof. Felted roof in a breathable felt. Screwed down new osb boarding on flat roof then stapled flashings down to suit. Fibre glassed the flat roof in a Cure it System. Slated roof in a Spanish 400mmx250mm pre holed slate then cemented ridge down and skews. Finished flat roof off in a grey top coat. Back flat roof was same age so customer asked us to replace as well.

Customer at St Cyrus had water coming in her garage roof and wanted it replaced with new guttering. Took down wall head at front so it was same height as roof. Removed flashings and old sheets from roof. Hung new guttering with downpipe taken water away around the front of garage. Fitted a box profile sheet system with flashings to suit roof.

Customer at Morven Ave had a problem with a leak in there roof for few years. As with pics the zinc valley was short and the water was getting in behind it. Stripped ridge and tiles,removed old zinc valley. Formed new valley with lead. Cut tiles to suit and cemented ridge back down.

Customer at Reform St had a sore leak that went all the way down to neighbours hall way. Erected scaffold, stripped slates and guttering to find back flashings wasn't done. Fitted osb boarding on top of flat roof then fitted flashing correctly at the back of roof and around flat roof. Completed roof in a fibre glass system with a grey top coat to finish, then slated main roof back in leaving off gutter and allowing it to run into gutter on flat roof.

Garage roof replaced in Aberdeen. Customers Garage leaked and had valuable stuff in it. Screwed down wood on top off old roof and into rafters. Fitted new black plastic guttering and downpipes. Fitted a box profile sheet system to Garage roof with flashings to suit. Cut raggle in wall and made a lead flashing at the side.
