Today, Andy & Seren attended site for the start of an exciting new Hasset Homes development in West Derby! 🏗️🏡

The development consists of 21 new-build homes and 11 apartments, with the apartments being created through the renovation of an old school building. 🏫➡️🏢

We’re proud to announce that Niche Energy Solutions have been awarded the full Plumbing & Heating Package across the development! 🔥💧

🏡 21 New-Build Homes
• UFH & screed to all ground floors
• Full plumbing & heating installation
• Soils & waste
•Heating flow and returns for the radiators & UFH manifolds
• Installation of all sanitary ware 🚿
• Supply & installation of Stiebel Eltron ASHPs & plant rooms ⚡️
• Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) 🌬️

🏢 11 Apartments
The apartments will also receive our full Plumbing & Heating Package, with the main heating system powered by 3 × 17kW Stiebel Eltron heat pumps, branching off to each apartment and connecting to individual Heat Interface Units (HIUs). 🔥

📐 As part of the package, all systems will also be designed in-house by Niche, with drawings produced for everything we install.

🚧 And we’ve already made a start!

Plots 1–6 have now been piped, with the heat pump flow & returns installed ahead of the screed. We’ve also now screeded Plots 1–3 and are progressing nicely across the site. 💪🏼

We’re really excited to see this project get into full motion and are looking forward to getting stuck into the plumbing! 👊🏼

🏡✨ A cracking start at Carrwood, Hale Barns! ✨🏡

Our engineers have been flying over the last couple of weeks, making fantastic progress on this incredible 5-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom luxury home. 💪🔧

We’ve been hard at work delivering our Plumbing & Heating installation alongside our MVHR ducting system, finished off with the sleek and discreet ERGOVENT heads for that premium, modern look. 👌🌬️

This home is being built with comfort and efficiency at its core. In the coming weeks we’ll be installing Underfloor Heating throughout all 3 floors, creating consistent warmth in every room. 🌡️🔥

The property will also benefit from a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system with passive cooling, providing fresh, filtered air all year round while helping keep the home comfortable during warmer months. 🍃❄️

To complete this all-electric, future-ready installation, we’ll also be fitting two Air Source Heat Pumps, delivering an efficient and sustainable heating solution for years to come. ♻️🏠

🌱 Another Heat Pump Compound completed in Anglesey! 💪

This time, our team has been hard at work at Ysgol Morswyn, Holyhead 🏫

✅ 1️⃣ Panasonic heat pump has now been installed and expertly piped up by our engineers 👷‍♂️🔧

We’re now waiting for the DNO connection ⚡, and once that’s complete, we’ll be cracking on with the internal works:
♻️ Replacing all the old radiators
🔩 Upgrading the pipework
🌍 Helping make this school greener and more energy efficient for the future!

Wow — take a look at this stunning pipework on our latest install 👌

We’re nearly at the finish line on our project in Flintshire! The external pipework for the heat pump connections at Southdown Primary School is now complete. Just the plant room work left once the DNO is sorted — then we can finally remove the existing gas boilers 💪

Huge credit to our installers for delivering another top-quality job. This is what a true Niche-standard install looks like 🔥

This one’s had the full Niche plumbing package 🔧🔥

We’ve completed the first fix plumbing & heating, including pipework to all UFH manifolds and radiators. In this case, the rads have been run off a UFH manifold — allowing us to feed each radiator individually and give every room its own thermostat… turning one zone into four! A smart move for keeping those energy bills down 💡

Full first fix also completed on all bathrooms, ready for us to return soon and get the sanitaryware installed 🚿

We’ve gone all in on acoustic soils & waste too — keeping unwanted noise out of the home 🙈

And to top it off… a premium Stiebel Eltron ASHP system installed. Inside the plant room we’ve got a Stiebel Eltron hot water cylinder, buffer tank, and a 500L booster tank — making sure every bathroom gets the pressure it deserves 💪

Looking forward to seeing this one come together 👌
