A great afternoon for our summer social yesterday at WHITE CLOTH HALL and 𝗙𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗕 🎯 in Leeds with the full team.

Despite Connors aggressive competitiveness, Emilia took 1st place on the darts front. In joint last place Julie & Elliot took top form closely followed by Jake.

We’ve been back on site at this contemporary self-build home in Huddersfield, where the carefully considered exterior is beginning to come together.

The statement pivot door and curtain wall glazing by Express Bi-folding Doors Ltd are now installed, while the WE ARE Ibstock - at the heart of building linear brickwork is nearing completion.

Next, the seamless sliding doors and through-coloured Accoya Wood cladding will bring the remaining elevations to life.

Every material has been carefully selected and detailed to create a refined, cohesive home that will age beautifully and require minimal maintenance.

Lightridge Road is really taking shape!

The three bespoke homes are up out of the ground with pushing construction forward — and you can finally start to feel how each one will flow on the ground floor.

No two of these homes are the same. Each was designed around what our clients actually need day-to-day, so the layouts and the look of each house are all different. But they share the same palette of materials across the site, so the whole scheme sits together as one.

One thing we pushed hard for? The unglamorous spaces that make family life easier. Oversized utilities. First-floor laundry rooms (no more lugging washing up and down stairs). Proper pantries. Plant rooms tucked out of the way.

We’re excited to be working on this stunning home in Norristhorpe where we’ve designed an underground pool and wellness space that’s connected via the existing leisure suite in the basement area.

The clients contacted us after struggling with different facets of the build so we’ve worked closely with the design team partners to develop a comprehensive construction pack of information that covers all different interfaces of the design to help make construction run as smooth as possible.

It’s been a few months since our last video of our Bracken Hill self-build, but you can really start to see the progress on the fit-out by

Second fix works are well underway, with the staircase and kitchen installation being carried out this week with a target completion in four weeks time so the clients can get moved in prior to completing the landscaping.

The house is a great example of a new family home which incorporates some fantastic living and functional spaces planned around daily life.

It’s our 13th birthday!

An unlucky number for some but it’s been a great year so far!

Over the last 13 years we’ve grown into a brilliant team that have designed & built dream homes up and down the country.

We’ve been on site this week to our Inglewood Avenue project in Huddersfield where we’ve designed a stunning contemporary self-build home.

Works are progressing past the first fix stage with most active systems such as MVHR, Air Source Heating & Cooling and Smart Systems being installed.

As well as this most of the glazing is installed with the three meter high by twelve meter wide, self-opening sliding doors been installed next week which will create a stunning indoor & outdoor kitchen, dining and living space.

Lots of progress at Yew Tree Farm!

The conversion works to the Grade II listed barns are coming on well with the Groundworks on what will be Plots 1-4 in the northern barn.

We’ve created a heritage-led conversion method that uses breathable materials in the floor build ups and wall build ups which will prevent damp and mould issues along with preventing long term structural damage that can be caused by poor moisture management.
