Crowther House: canalside living with room to breathe

Canalside views at Crowther House make for the perfect way to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of w**e watching the sunset.

The large balconies are the real draw. Fresh air is a rare thing in apartment living, and here you get a proper outdoor space, big enough for a table and chairs, a few plants, and a good book. Start the day with the light on the water, or end it with the sky turning gold over the canal, all without leaving home.

Every Darren Smith apartment is built with that same thought for how people actually live: bright, comfortable spaces that open up to the outside. Crowther House is where that care is most apparent, with a calm waterside setting and a balcony that makes ordinary moments feel like a treat.

Gated entrance, secure undercroft parking, and a straight walk into the building.

No stairs.
No street parking.
No compromises.

This is what private, safe access really looks like at Crowther House. 🔑🚗

Would you like to know what “no expense spared” actually looks like?

We are at the exciting part of decorating our new show apartment in Crowther House.

Colour and texture leads every decision here. Our interior design team tracks the season’s shifts, deep botanical greens, warm clay tones, ink and gilt, pairing them against hand-blocked wallpapers and luxury weaves until the palette feels inevitable.

It’s this level of consideration, carried through every room, that keeps the finish at Darren Smith Homes consistently high.

If you would like to be one of the first to see our new show apartment register your interest by calling 01924 480438.
