We literally live, breathe and love all things property. Adam creates and I sell…..we have both been in the trade over 20 years (40 combined) we care deeply about any job/project we take on 🥰

We design/plan/consult and build, and if you need to sell I personally only take on a few homes at once.

From traditional estate agency to sourcing and finding clients incredible investments and beautiful homes, Katy has project managed refurbishments for HNW clients across the country as well as building her own portfolio of properties

Adam, a building specialist, had a tool in his hand from as young as he can remember, his first major job was helping his grandad build a barn back in 1994. From then he grew up building with his dad, and qualified as a dry liner. Carpentry, build architecture and design are some of Adams working passions. Fast forward 30 years and after finishing the build of our home we merged our businesses 💗

Together we work alongside our clients to help plan, consult, design, project manage, source and build what may have begun as an dream or an idea 💡

Beautiful cottage with a open chimney into both rooms. Adam made a bespoke mantelpiece for the fireplace which looks like it's always been there. 🔥

We just love how it's turned out!
