A recent Air con installation. A wall mounted unit in the lounge and a ducted unit in the loft supplying 3 bedrooms via vents in the ceiling. The ducted unit was too big to fit through the loft hatch so I had to cut a hole through the ceiling to pass the unit into the loft then make good.
Customer very happy.

My customer noticed that the floor was starting to ripple. I suspected a leaking pipe. Using a thermal imaging camera I located the leak. A pass over fitting had split. Unfortunately because of in construction of the floor the water had spread over the whole of the kitchen. I took most of the flooring up so I can dry out. A decision is now to be made, do they remove the units.
