A slightly different delivery arrived on site this today… 🎱
The pool table for our client’s new games room has officially landed, and it’s safe to say this space is starting to come together perfectly.

From layout planning and lighting design to creating a space that feels both functional and fun, it’s always exciting seeing the finishing touches arrive on a project.

This games room is designed to be somewhere to relax, entertain, and enjoy with family and friends — and this pool table definitely makes a statement. 👌
We can’t wait to show the finished result once everything is installed and styled. ✨

Warm white or cool white? 💡

Lighting can completely change the feel of a space — even with the exact same layout and finishes.

✨ Warm white lighting (around 2700k–3000k) creates a softer, cosier atmosphere. Perfect for:
• Living rooms
• Bedrooms
• Restaurants & hospitality spaces
• Anywhere you want to feel relaxed and comfortable

❄️ Cool white lighting (around 4000k–5000k) gives a brighter, crisper feel. Ideal for:

Not your average day on site… 🦇👷‍♂️

Before planning permission can move forward, sometimes we need to check in with the real property developers — the bats!

Last nights mission involved carrying out a bat survey to make sure any local wildlife is protected before works begin. No capes spotted yet, but plenty of careful surveying and a very important reminder that construction and nature can work hand in hand. 🌿 A small but essential part of the planning process that helps projects move forward responsibly.

This roof will feature a complete new finish including:

Insulation might not be the most visible part of a build… but it’s one of the most important 🔧

🌿Done properly, it keeps your space warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and helps reduce energy bills all year round. It also improves comfort, cuts down noise, and makes your home or workspace far more efficient.

🔥Whether it’s walls, floors, or roofs, getting the insulation right at the right stage makes a huge difference to the finished result. It’s one of those details you don’t always see — but you definitely feel.

Another key stage complete on our office extension 🚧
Insulation is now going in, helping to make the space more energy efficient, comfortable, and ready for year-round use. It’s one of those stages you don’t always see at the end, but it makes a huge difference to how the space performs.
