❄️ 🥶 WINTER APPROACHING NOW IS THE TIME TO CHECK YOUR ROOF 🥶 ❄️

As winter approaches this is where we see flat roofs that have been left all summer, as the bad weather slowly creeps in so does the extended damage costing the homeowner more 💰.

⏰ Avoid leaving it until the last minute anyone worth having won’t be at your door to complete works within a day or two. As Christmas gets closer the panic sets in and most good roofers get really busy as nobody wants a leak during Christmas!

📔 We’re already booking into the second week of October so that doesn’t leave too many weeks left so get in touch today to avoid disappointment.

🤠 Another day. Another day sorting so called roofers work out 🤠.

The amount of these we go to and have to sort out in MK is pretty crazy! If you can’t felt flashings onto 6inch tape don’t bother get someone who can, two properties damaged 🤦‍♂️.

Be careful who you choose for your flat roofs across MK if your unsure on anything drop us an email at 📧 [email protected]

🪵 Oak View Project Complete 🪵

Some jobs are just better than others 😳. This has to be up there with one of our favourite jobs. Working alongside Paul has been a refreshing change. We would like to thank you for the opportunity to work on such a beautiful home. And this was a home! Not just a house or statement peace you could just feel it.

When starting MLC we had a vision of where we wanted to the business to go, only the last couple of months after two and a bit years of solid work and providing quality workmanship were starting to see it come together. And I think people are too judging how full the diary is which is our biggest compliment. 🚀

This job was completed in Aspley Guise using Fleeceback EPDM, a high quality product if installed correctly.

🧱 Chimney Re-Flaunching 🧱

Completed last week for a new client of ours, a letting agent in MK with an extensive housing portfolio, we look to build and complete more works alongside another success business in MK.

Chimneys have to be one of the most dangerous parts of a roof, a giant slab on concrete balancing on a slanted roof who would have thought aye lol. Now that’s a bit of an exaggeration but please keep an eye on your chimney as we approach high winds and storms ⛈️, you wouldn’t want a chunk of that falling from that height and hitting someone 😳.

🥱 Got tired old polycarbonate roof sheet? 😴

We’ve replaced a few of these now. There a great option for a cheaper roof covering, problem is years ago people brought the cheap 10mm sheets which over time a prone to cracking and splitting.

The new sheets are much more durable, we install mainly the 16mm sheets but they go a lot thicker budget dependant. Drop us a message today to find out how much to replace your polycarb roof 💵
