💐 Appreciation Post 💐
This week, we’d like to take a moment to shine the spotlight on the backbone of D. Haynes Roofing… our amazing office team, Nicola and Mia.
We’d also like to give a special mention to Jay, who has been project managing this job from start to finish. Popping over to site almost every day, liaising with the teams on the ground, keeping in constant contact with the office, and making sure everything has run as smoothly as possible. His hard work and organisation have played a huge part in making this project such a success.
Everyone sees the lads out on the roofs, producing fantastic workmanship day in, day out, but what many people don’t see is everything that goes on behind the scenes to make those jobs happen.
With the unpredictable British weather, diaries are constantly changing. Scaffolding has to be rearranged, skips rescheduled, materials reordered, customers kept informed, survey appointments booked, invoices raised, and the list genuinely goes on and on. It’s a huge job, and without Nicola and Mia keeping everything running like clockwork, the company simply wouldn’t operate as smoothly as it does.
Yesterday, one of our lovely customers turned up at the office with flowers and chocolates as a thank you for all of their hard work on a recent project. Gestures like this really do mean the world to us, and it’s wonderful to see the people working behind the scenes getting the recognition they truly deserve.
It also reflects in the reviews we receive week after week. Great roofing isn’t just about what happens on the roof – it’s about communication, organisation, and making sure every customer feels looked after from the first phone call to the final handover.
To finish the week on a high, we’re also delighted to share another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review alongside photos of a lovely up-and-over re-roof completed by Miles and Luke. Another fantastic job completed by the team!
