As the lock-down is still in place, I'm working on how to be able to deal with my customers requirements. I'm doing my preparation to possibly resume some activity and appointments at the beginning of June.
If that will happen, this is how it will happen:
1. I'll only have one appointment per day no matter how long or short it is just to eliminate cross contamination.
2. The space where I'll be working needs to be emptied out to avoid multiple handling of toiletry or cleaning products etc.
3. I'll be wearing a ffp2 mask, gloves and at the first approach a plastic shield.
4. While working I'll ask you to keep the recommended distances and where possible have a dedicated way to the van.
5. Upon finishing of my job I'll be wearing the screen again, I'll take you through the job and be sure that you are happy with the results.
6. If you dealt with me before you know that I communicate step by step if the cost of the job changes as I found the issue. In this time where I'll try to keep contact to the minimum it won't be as good as usual. I'll try to keep you updated, but essentially I'll try to finish the job and update you at the end.
7. In regards to payments, I won't accept cash or cheques. Bank Transfer using bank details in the invoice (which will be send to you electronically) and PayM which it can be done using telephone number. If you are not familiar with PayM, ask your bank as all of them are now using that as electronic payment.
I hope that is acceptable for you and remember that all is done to protect you and your family as well as myself and my family.
