We, have received this email this morning from Vivienne and Paul, this has been sent to head office as it is really impressive.
"Having decided to ‘improve, not move’ our home we wanted to radically change our garden. Having a high regard for John Lewis’s reputation, we contacted their Home Solutions team, who put us in touch with Golden Gardens, where Zane and his entire team have responded.
Zane’s high energy, approach to planning the work, sourcing materials, coupled with his creativity in design, is transmitted throughout his entire team.
The quality of their work, their attention to detail, their drive towards completing on time and little things like keeping the site clean and tidy at all stages can’t be faulted. Their focus on customer satisfaction is second to none, and we trust Zane and his team implicitly.
We always knew that the scope of this project was going to involve a fair bit of disruption, but Golden Gardens ensured a smooth transition throughout. It has been a pleasure having them work around us, integrated into our daily routine.
When everything goes to plan, everyone takes it for granted, but it is a special company who can deal with the sort of adversity created by both biblical relentless downpours followed by searing temperatures with a smile on their faces. Zane’s approach to problem solving, offering constructive imaginative alternative solutions, and then ‘getting it done’ is not something that we have encountered very often in over 40 years as a house owner.
Stages 1 and 2 of our project are now complete and we have a short gap before commencing the third and final stage. We are delighted with everything that has been done so far and with all honesty, we will welcome Zane and his team back with open arms to finish what will be a fantastic remodelling of our garden. For all the hard work done so far, we can’t thank them enough".
