Today was an end of an era here at Rolec Electrical & Mechanical Services, Peter Armstrong our Electrical Production Director hung up his safety boots for a final time as he moves onto a more relax life away from the stresses and strains of daily construction life.

From that first day back in 1988 Peter as an young electrical apprentice has worked tirelessly for the company to promote and help us grow.

Not quite a 'Freddie Starr ate my Hamster' headline from the Sun on his first day with Rolec, but pretty much the usual quality expected in the 80's

Enjoy those later, slow and quiet starts to each morning Pete !!

After 8 years of ownership we sold the last of our commercial units on Blakelands - back to sunny Newport Pagnell in our recently refurbished offices we've owned for nearly 25 years.

Walks along the river are much better for you at lunchtime than around an industrial estate :)

We'll be celebrating 25 years in Newport Pagnell real soon when we move back later in the year.

We moved out 8 years ago, started refurbishing the building back in March 2020 (really bad timing that one..) have been busily working away carrying out a full refurbishment since January this year and we're almost finished.

We now have air conditioning throughout (was not good in those hot summers before), LED lighting, car charging, and gone for an open plan look for 2022.

Everyone is really excited to be back in the town again.
