✨🚿EN-SUITE TRANSFORMATION 🚿✨

The result speaks for itself!!😯 this job was completed for a lovely customer in Leighton Buzzard, who wanted a bright, new and modern en-suite! 🌟

A complete rip out back to bare bones. A whole new plywood floor due to existing one rotting away from a leak. A complete repipe of all supplies required for the toilet and basin. Pipework altered for the new bar mixer shower and rectifying the big NO NO of push fit onto chrome pipe for the radiator. Freshly skimmed ceiling and new spots and extractor installed to help with the issue of damp and mould that had caused trouble for years. All tiling completed by our very own tiler before e returned to finish off the en-suite. Unfortunately the toilet still hadn’t arrived due to being on back order, but we did return at a later date to install the toilet which finished the en-suite off very nicely. ‼️IT’S BEEN A WHILE‼️

It has been a crazy year for us at TCW plumbing and heating, in both personal and work life!

My Beautiful baby Girl Darcie was born in March meaning the socials have taken a back seat for the last 6 months 💕

Business has been booming so have not had the time to update my page, so incoming with an array of jobs from radiator changes, electric shower installs, refurbished en-suite, main bathroom renovations, under flooring heating installs, tap changes and more!

♨️ DESIGNER RADIATORS ♨️

Designer radiators installed for lovely customers around Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and surroundig area’s🏠. All radiators supplied were correctly sized for all the rooms meaning more than adequate heat for those cold winter nights. All work carried out to customers exact specifications and budget. As much as we love to hide the pipe work as much as possible sometimes it just isn’t possible or not cost effective, so kept neat and tidy and as far out the way as possible.

As promised 👌 here is another one of the bathroom renovations that was completed earlier this year (still a few more to come yet 👀 but I’ll save them for tomorrow)

🛁BATHROOM RENOVATION🚿.

A complete transformation! This job was for a lovely customer in Luton who never used the bath for its purpose in all the time he had lived there and was relying on the use of the old shower mixer adaptor set.

A complete rip out back to bare bones. Stud wall built to bring the shower off the wall and level with the basin/toilet unit he wanted to create a flush finish. Also added in a couple of niche pockets for extra in shower storage. A very nice and spacious 1500 x 800 tray installed to use up all of the space on that wall.

All walls boarded and tanked to ensure they are sealed off. Fully tiled shower enclosure and return to the window by ourselves.

All finished off with a very nice basin vanity unit and concealed toilet creating a sleek and ultra modern look. Chrome furnishings and a lovely tall chrome towel rail really made this bathroom pop. Customer was over the moon with the final outcome and couldn’t wait to enjoy there new bathroom 🚿. Only thing left to do was the flooring and the remainder of the walls due to the customer not knowing what he wanted on either surface.

TCW Plumbing and Heating would like to apologise for the recent social media absence, been a ridiculously busy few months with both work and family commitments.

Time to showcase many of the jobs that have been completed recently, strap in as there is a lot to get through 👀👨‍🔧🪠.

🛁🚿BATHROOM RENOVATION 🚿🛁
First of a few bathrooms completed. Unfortunately no pictures of before as the customer done us the huge favour of ripping out the existing suite before work commenced earlier this year giving us a blank canvas in order to get started. Original layout was exactly the same, albeit a dated suite with a far from modern look and no shower.

A fair bit of a prep work needed for this one. A stud wall was built to allow a bath to be installed with a shower and bath screen to give the customer the best of both worlds. Also added in a couple of niche pockets either side for added storage.

One of the nicest and easiest shower valves I’ve ever installed with three way water distribution for drencher, handheld and bath filler which were all used. Entire shower area also aquaboarded and tanked to protect all internal walls.

Fair bit of pipework alterations too. Previous pump was installed purely for the bath alone, however we changed that and now the entire bathroom is now fed from the pump.

Bathroom fully tiled and a brand new modern clean white suite fully installed with chrome features and a lovely metallic grey towel rail completing the final look.

Been a very busy couple of months for TCW Plumbing and Heating👨‍🔧. Heres a job recently completed in Bletchley, for a very lovely customer 🏠

🛁 BATH OUT, SHOWER IN 🚿

Removal of old bath and screen, re-routed all the waste pipework to suit. Installed new shower tray and re-routed hot and cold pipework and electrics for the re-installation of the electric power shower inside the shower enclosure. Bonded and patch tiled down to the new shower tray. Boxed in and tiled all visible waste pipe work and patched tiled the floor👨‍🔧.

⭐️🛁 BATHROOM RENOVATION 🛁⭐️

Another bathroom renovation completed by TCW Plumbing and Heating, for a lovely mum and daughter in Old Farm Park 🏡.

A complete rip out of the old suite, old floor and wall tiles removed and a non working extractor fan removed.

All first fix pipework carried out for the new towel rail, bar mixer shower, bath taps and the toilet including all new waste pipework for the bath and basin👨‍🔧

Old 150 square cream tiles replaced with these beautiful light grey porcelain tiles which followed down onto the floor and wrapped around the entirety of the new L bath which was supplied along with the rest of the suite by the customer from Victoria Plum.

A stunning square bar mixer shower installed with waterfall bath and basin taps installed to complement the final look. A new chrome extractor fan installed, a tall chrome towel rail installed to keep the bathroom and towels all toasty and warm during these cold winter months and finally all the unsightly waste pipework all boxed in and tiled to create extra storage shelves and complete the final look✨

⭐️BEFORE & AFTER⭐️

Another complete bathroom refurbishment completed for a lovely customer in Leighton Buzzard 🏡.

A very messy rip out with but the end result was well worth the mess 😃

Removal of the old suite, all walls stripped of the old render and pulled down the old lath and plaster ceiling.

All single skin external walls were insulated plaster-boarded. Ceiling was insulated, boarded, skimmed and painted.

Beautiful grey tiles installed from floor to ceiling with a contrasting darker grey grout to really make the tiles pop. Floor was ply lined and nailed down in preparation for the Lino to be laid at a later date once the customer had chosen.

A full suite installed with a stylish and modern free standing bath the feature and a lovely spacious shower installed. Shower pump sited and installed in the loft, feeding the whole bathroom to combat the very poor pressure issue the customer had experienced for a number of years. Also a brand new 50 gallon cold water coffin tank installed the loft.

🔥BOILER CHANGE 🔥

Winter is coming and with the energy prices rising, customers are needing boiler changes, replacements and repairs❄️
This customer wanted out with the old and in with the new✨

An old floor standing boiler that has been in the property for more than 30 years, the customer decided a new, more modern and energy efficient boiler⚡️.

Removed, replaced and installed a new Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life 50KW boiler.

All work completed alongside GTA Plumbing and Heating 😃.

At TCW Plumbing and Heating it has been a very busy few months. As we’ve come out of summer into Autumn, bathroom renovations have been underway, working along side GTA Plumbing and Heating 🙂.

Another complete bathroom renovation for a lovely couple in Leighton Buzzard 🏡.

A complete rip out of the old suite and replaced with a new bar mixer shower, shower tray and screen, concealed toilet, sink and vanity installed and fitted and a new towel rail fitted👨‍🔧, also made and installed a whole new tiled bath panel to match in with the walls.
