Kirsty-Louise Bridgman is the granddaughter of Neil and the niece of Chris. She has grown up alongside the business, from having company vans named after her to actively working within the company today.

Since transitioning our services from the ground to the sky, we have successfully installed green roofs on two Main Avenue gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show. We are proud that both projects won 5-star and Gold Medal awards.

Since 2009 green roofs became our thing from boot stores to superstores, bus stops to flagship shops.

We were proud to assist in the DIY SOS – Great Ormond Street Roof Garden, relocating the Chris Beardshaw designed, Morgan Stanley Garden from Chelsea Flower show to a rooftop at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Our second green roof installation with Frosts was the largest turf roof in Europe. It used over 3000 tonnes of growing medium and 16,000 rolls of turf, laid over a sewage treatment works to blend it into the South Downs in Sussex.

In 2009 we took the business to a new level, installing our first ever green roof on the University of Brighton for our friends at Frosts Landscapes. Here we met Green Roof Consultant Dusty Gedge which marked the beginning of a new direction and huge opportunities for the business. In the blue hat is our sorely missed Brian Thompson, who sadly passed away just over a year ago.

We are honoured to have worked on projects close to home, in and around Milton Keynes, including Centre:MK, Stadium MK, Milton Keynes University Hospital, MK SNAP and Milton Keynes Highways.

We are thrilled to be part of this project with fellow Green Roof Organisation members and The Open University: STEM team. This feeds into the Milton Keynes Green Roof Project ambition to turn every roof in the city that can be into a green roof, to tackle climate change, reduce flooding, cool the air, reduce pollution, insulate buildings and create spaces for people and nature.

During our time on ground-level projects, we were delighted to help both Stony Stratford and Wolverton & Greenleys Town Councils in Milton Keynes win Britain in Bloom Gold Awards for their respective town entries.

All of our vehicles are named after female family members and friends. Here is Kirsty-Louise Bridgman through the years with ones named for her.
