Join the Rosbo team — Labourer / Site Assistant wanted.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person aged 18 or over to help our site team restore the external steelwork at Corby and Mereway Fire Stations.

Duties include keeping the site tidy, moving materials, cleaning, sanding and preparing surfaces.

This is a 6–8 month project, with the opportunity to stay on afterwards for the right person.

Bedford area preferred, as most of our team leave from Bedford. Morning pick-up and evening drop-off may be available if you’re nearby. Otherwise, you’ll need reliable transport to site.

You’ll need to complete our company induction and online training. A CSCS card is preferred, but we can support the right person to obtain one.

One of the worst roof installs ive ever seen.

- slate flashing kits on the velux
- velux hammered and holed to bits
- ridge, no idea
- bonding gutter completely had the water channels cut off so onpy the fin was left
- lead, no idea
- 3 brands of tiles
- fibre cements screwed through the rivet hole
- membrane 200mm short of actually covering the roof
- mastic to hold tiles to osb
- all pvc work completly chopped in
- no head lap

I dont normally publically slag work off but ill put money on the fact that this silly t**t gets a leak and then tries blaming the fact we sorted next door out.
