CLOSE CALL! 😱.....
When a Unvented hot water system has a problem it will let water out via the safety pipe to outside to keep pressures and temperatures stable.
As we all know, occasionally water can track down the outside of the pipe and make the airing cupboard floor wet or even the living room ceiling!
Well, if you add that scenario in with a tank that was never sat on its supports when the house was built you end up with a leaning tank being held up by the pipework!
This would eventually end up with a pipe breaking causing some serious property water damage.
WE'VE SORTED THAT! 🙌🏼🥳
Floor replaced along with some much needed supports, new 250L unvented cylinder, new components where needed and some additional auto air vents as the system also suffered from air locks!
