Full heating and unvented cylinder install from scratch just finalised and commissioned. An old 19th century house with over 3m ceiling heights made it a challenge but we got it done.

We have zoned the house into 3 separate heating zones ( 1 for each floor) for better control and economy. We went with a low loss header on this project due to the vast size of the property and due to the big radiator sizes.
We opted for a 250l unvented cylinder on this project, with the property having multiple bathrooms and a high hot water demand they will now have pressurised hot water throughout. A much needed upgrade to the old gravity system they was used to.

1st and 2nd fix x3 designer radiators.
Whilst we were at this property, client mentioned her underfloor heating hasn't worked since they've moved in 3 years ago.
We found it wasn't wired up correctly, thermostats didn't match the pipework layout and wasn't piped up as it should.
As you can see from the thermal imaging pics we got it all sorted just in time for winter.

New kitchen sink and water heater supplied and fitted in a local factory.
The factory has over 20 staff but had no hot water or washing facilities until we we're called in.
This job was also completed out of hours as requested by the clients to minimise disruption
