Here is our latest project now that it’s finished. We wanted to give the garden a slight refresh without overshadowing the existing planting area’s beauty. We began with a small sandstone patio, which served as a focal point for the sandstone cobblestone paths—why go straight when you can carve a winding route through the garden that blends in rather than stands out? On the patio, we installed a 3x3 aluminium pergola surrounded by privacy screens on all four sides. Behind it, a slatted fence was added to conceal the empty space left after removing the old summer house. The client also requested some extra lighting to highlight specific areas of the garden. As it was quite a sizeable project, we had some help from our trusted friends.

We dug a small electric cable trench last week to facilitate the installation of an electric car charger for the customer. During the project, we also replaced the turf using George Davies Turf & Stone turf only the best will do And new build turf is typically of lower quality. Additionally, we constructed small planters using metal edging.

We recently completed a challenging project that tested our problem-solving skills. The clients faced access issues, with a 50-meter walk each way, no outside water tap, and two large drains blocking the gate area. Despite these obstacles, we created a beautiful, child-friendly yet functional garden space. Our first step was removing the old fence and installing a new featherboard fence, while also extending the garden to make use of previously wasted space.
We then laid a stunning sandstone patio, installed 35mm artificial grass, and crafted a safe play zone with rubber chipping, providing a perfect outdoor area for the family to enjoy.

In just four days, we transformed this garden from a muddy mess into a breathtaking outdoor space ready for summer parties. We cleared away all the soil taking thousands of leather jackets out in the process—then laid sleek Kandla Grey porcelain tiles alongside lush artificial grass, all neatly edged with the Vert Edge system to ensure the grass never comes loose.

While long fencing projects are rare for us, we truly enjoy the challenge. We completed 38 linear metres of featherboard fencing and installed a new gate with a security lock for added privacy.
To preserve the garden’s amazing view of the sheep, we chose to install a classic post and rail fence along the bottom of the garden.
While we are quite busy we still have some available for new projects before the summer.

 I've been meaning to clean the driveway for months—probably even a year. My wife keeps bugging me about it because it gets super dirty from the van. Honestly, I really hate that job, so I just asked our friend Bumblebee Exterior Cleaning to do it. They did an awesome job, and now the paving looks just like new.
