Dressing room fit out completed with bespoke furniture by Hammonds, alongside remedial brickwork repairs, cast iron radiators with brass fittings, and ongoing roof restoration works preserving the character of the property.

Victorian terrace transformation completed with Eternity cement board cladding in Dove Grey to the gable elevation, finished with matching architrave trim to the barge board for a clean, traditional appearance.

Hand-built bifold doors completed for a bespoke bin store, alongside a brick-built stand for a traditional Belfast sink using reclaimed Sussex stock bricks to complement the character and style of the property.

Building work this week focused on completing a large brickwork garden room annexe alongside a separate store room, both designed to complement the main house. We installed large uPVC windows and a matching door set to ensure a cohesive finish with the existing property. Internally, floor tiling was completed using large format porcelain tiles, carefully laid on a decoupling mat for durability and longevity. We captured final photographs of the refurbished house in Midhurst, showcasing the new pitched tiled roof and elegant flush casement windows, bringing the project together to a high standard with attention to detail throughout the build.

This week’s building works focused on craftsmanship and structural improvement. A bespoke, hand-built bar was constructed, featuring smooth sliding doors and a solid oak worktop formed from carefully selected kiln-dried oak, delivering both durability and a refined finish. Externally, significant progress was made with the careful re-build of a chimney stack, ensuring stability while respecting the character of the structure. In addition, underpinning works were undertaken using traditional lime mortar, enhancing the building’s foundation and allowing for breathability and long-term performance. The combination of modern precision and traditional methods continues to drive the project forward successfully and on schedule overall.
