🔥 Boiler Repair in Park End, Middlesbrough 🔥

Today we attended a boiler breakdown in Park End, Middlesbrough, where the customer had no hot water.

After carrying out our diagnostics, we traced the fault to a failed flow turbine. Unfortunately, when we attempted to remove the turbine, it had become completely seized into the hydroblock. The component was so deteriorated that it crumbled apart during removal.

To carry out a reliable repair, we replaced the complete right-hand hydroblock assembly along with a new flow turbine.

We made easy work of this repair for a customer near James Cook Hospital.

Customer already had another engineer in to take alook, but failed to diagnose.
Diagnosed within 30 seconds of looking but we still got the multimeter out to prove our diagnosis was right. 👍.

Fixed the same day. We didn't buy a full new valve when the synchronous motor had failed. Cheaper fix than replacing the full valve or motorised head.
