ANOTHER PLANNING APPROVAL SECURED – TAME BRIDGE, STOKESLEY

TPS have successfully redesigned and secured further planning permission under Section 73 for these two impressive new homes at Tame Bridge, Stokesley.

Following the original planning approval obtained by the previous landowner, we were appointed by the new developers to redesign the house types and secure the necessary amendments through the planning process.

At Total Planning Solutions, we provide the complete service, from architectural design and planning consultancy through to securing planning permission.

With approval now secured, we’re progressing onto the detailed Building Regulations and construction drawings, all prepared in-house by TPS.

ANOTHER PLANNING COMMITTEE WIN FOR TPS!

We are delighted to have secured planning approval for this fantastic new self-build home at Applegarth, Middlesbrough, following a UNANIMOUS decision by Middlesbrough Council’s Planning Committee.

Despite significant neighbour objections and numerous attempts to challenge the proposal, TPS successfully presented a robust planning case to elected members, demonstrating why the development deserved approval.

Amazing to see MERAKI officially open in Church Square, Hartlepool.

TPS acted as Planning Consultant for the change of use and redevelopment of this former vacant building, securing planning consent for the new bar and restaurant at ground floor with HMO accommodation across the first and second floors.

Great to see the completed development and be there for the opening night. The interior finish is outstanding throughout, especially the Vault in the basement.

Not every extension is Permitted Development — and this one certainly wasn’t in Northleach Drive, Hemlington

Because the property already had a previous two-storey extension, the proposed 4m rear extension along the boundary required full planning permission. Middlesbrough Council would not normally support this form of development in these circumstances.

That’s where specialist planning advice matters.

We prepared the case, addressed the planning policy and amenity issues, and secured permission for the client.
