It's always nice to get feedback and reviews like this, especially after a couple of difficult jobs and clients in recent months.
Building a good relationship with my clients is really important and helps for a pleasant working environment.
Nothing worse than people having digs within the first hour of doing a job.
Most of the time we have to breaks eggs to make an omelette, just have to have patience and trust the process.

I did warn some months ago that your energy bills would go up again, 13% this time!!
I reckon they'll go up again in October.

Well done to all of you who are following my page for getting your wood/multi fuel burners installed, you aren't as reliant on the system to keep you warm.
Last December my street had a huge power cut which meant we had no central heating but we had our burner on so it wasn't too bad for us.

Now is the time to stock up on your wood and smokeless coal supplies, you're more likely to get a better deal this time of year.
Get your wood stacked up properly under cover but with plenty of air flow.

Remember, DO NOT burn anything painted or varnished, no mdf, no chipboard etc
And if Brian from the local pub says you can have his old shed and fence posts for fire wood, just say "no thanks Brian".
We still have a responsibility to burn as clean as we can.
