This week, the team carried out a fully chased occupied rewire - something that’s relatively rare for us and certainly not the easiest job to undertake.

The brief was simple, but challenging: rewire the entire property while the family remained living there, ensuring the house was left safe, clean and tidy at the end of each day so there was minimal disruption when the clients returned home from work and school.

The team delivered exactly that. 👏

We completed the 1st fix and 2nd fix installation over just 2 days, with a planned return visit once the new kitchen has been installed and the property has been fully plastered. This allows us to carry out a further inspection and test to ensure the installation remains safe and meets the required standards.

It’s not always the easiest hand we’ve been dealt, but we’re extremely proud of what the team achieved and, most importantly, how little disruption we caused to the family throughout the process.

Pleased to have secured our first project with HProofing and building ltd and Groves properties and rentals

BTM will be carrying out the full electrical and fire safety systems packages for the project. Which will turn this amazing building into 7 apartments.

We’re looking forward to getting started on site and working alongside the team to deliver a high quality project.

We’re also excited about the opportunity to build a strong and successful working relationship with both companies and hopefully work together on many more projects in the future.

A great opportunity for BTM, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
