We have been made aware of a Facebook post circulating locally regarding individuals carrying out roofing work under the name “Valley Roofing.”
We would like to reassure all of our customers that the individuals shown and mentioned in this post are NOT associated with our Valley Roofing business in Merthyr Tydfil in any way.
Unfortunately, it appears that our business name is being used by individuals operating in the surrounding valleys, which is extremely concerning to us.
Please do not confuse these individuals with our established Valley Roofing business.
We take enormous pride in our reputation, our workmanship and the trust our customers place in us, and we would never want anyone to believe that the incidents being shared online are connected with our company.
If you are ever approached by somebody claiming to represent Valley Roofing and you are unsure whether they are genuinely part of our business, please contact us directly before making any payment or agreeing to any work.
We would really appreciate our customers, friends and local community sharing this post to help prevent any confusion and protect others.
