Too hot to sit in this summer? Too cold to use all winter? 🥵🥶

If your conservatory is only really usable for a few weeks in spring, you're paying for a room you hardly ever use.

Get it sorted before winter sets in. A Guardian Warm Roof replaces your old glass or polycarbonate roof with a fully insulated, tiled roof, so your conservatory stays comfortable all year round, not just in spring.

✅ Warm in winter, cooler in summer
✅ Quieter when it rains
✅ No more glare
✅ A proper room you'll actually use

No room for a radiator? 🔥 Most conservatories are nearly all glass, so there's nowhere to put one. We can supply heated glass, where the windows themselves give off gentle warmth. There are no radiators taking up space and nothing to spoil your view, so you get a cosy room with every wall still free.

Watch this one go from glass roof to finished warm roof 👆

Supplied and fitted by our Certass-registered installation team.

Another one finished! ✨

Yesterday our team fitted this 3-panel white aluminium bifold door in Nottingham, replacing the old opening with slim sightlines and a lot more light. ☀️

It folds right back to open the kitchen up to the garden in summer, and closes up snug and secure for the winter months. 🍂

Thinking about bifolds or sliding doors for your home? We supply and fit across the Midlands and beyond, with free quotes turned around within 24–48 hours.

Another one finished in London 🏡✨

Yesterday we completed the glazing on this rear extension, and it's flooded with light:

🔹 Flat rooflights, including a light well that pulls daylight deep into the room
🔹 A slim-framed aluminium sliding door opening straight onto the garden
🔹 Corner glazing that wraps from the wall into the roof, for a view of the sky and the trees

Swipe through to see it from the roof, the garden and inside 👉

The finishing trades take over from here, and we can't wait to see it decorated.

Planning an extension? We supply and install nationwide. Call 03332 070 423 or visit avantgardeliving.co.uk.
