Equipped with roller tables, plus a belt driven in-feed it rips boards down a treat.

Our journey part 4 - Ultimate processing power

The latest of our sawmills to be installed is our custom TTS1200 with an 18m bed.

All of our saws are made to order, but this one was something special - designed for maximising the efficiency of our log builds for , this can take a 16m long log with ease.

This has also given us the confidence to scale our business into production of big structural beams for large-scale construction.

Our journey part 2 - Confidence in reliability.

Having trust in the reliability of your equipment is paramount when running and scaling a sawmill. Since investing in our first TTS1200 we were extremely impressed by the build quality and durability of the machines.
