Exciting Opportunity: Administration Assistant Position Now Available
Are you highly organised with excellent communication skills? Burge Electrical is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Position: Full-Time Administration Assistant
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Trowbridge (Office-based for the first 6 months, with the option for flexible working between home and the office thereafter).
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and arrange appointments.
• Answer questions about electrical services, organise quotes, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Order office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure the workspace is organised and functional.
• Manage the company’s diary for all electricians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
