✅ Re-roof in Trowbridge completed!

We’ve just finished this roof where we:
🔨 Removed all the old felt & battens
🔨 Replaced with brand-new breathable felt & treated battens
🔨 Reinstalled the original tiles, swapping out any that were broken
🔨 Installed a brand-new dry ridge system & dry verge system – making the roof lower maintenance and reducing future repair needs
🔨 Fitted new C4 code lead around the chimney for a watertight finish

Another full re-roof completed in Bath ✅

Another big one ticked off ✅

We removed the old lead bay and completely stripped out the rotten timbers. The brick wall was repointed, new rafters and supporting timbers installed, and OSB boards fitted.

For the lead bays, we used both C5 and C6 lead to comply with listed building requirements. New coping stones were installed and all cement work was carried out using lime mortar to match the original spec.

A proper restoration keeping the character of the building while ensuring it’s watertight for years to come 👌🔨

✨ Another re-roof repair completed! ✨

On this job we stripped back the roof and found the old felt had worn and suffered from water damage, so we installed new breathable felt for long-lasting protection.

We then fitted Code 5 lead in the valley and Code 4 lead on the abutment wall, replacing the old cement fillet for a much more durable and watertight finish.

To complete the roof we installed new double Romans to match the other side of the property – with modern concrete Romans providing far better security and water resistance compared to the old tiles.

Finally, we finished it all off with a dry verge and ridge system, giving the roof a clean, modern look and maintenance-free protection for years to come ✅

We safely removed the old asbestos garage roof sheets and replaced them with brand-new, durable metal roofing sheets. Not only does it make the garage safer, but it also gives it a much cleaner and modern look with long-lasting protection.
