A modular building designed around the client.

We recently installed this 4 x 4 bay Prima 10 modular building for a long-standing client, creating a flexible space including offices, a drying room, canteen, toilets and meeting rooms.

Working closely with the client, we also incorporated a bespoke private office and matched the colour scheme to their branding.

And the project didn’t stop at handover…

After seeing the finished space, the client decided to add additional items from our Pickerings+ range to complete the space.

Pickerings+ provides the additional details needed to create a ready-to-use, turnkey building from a single supplier, helping customers avoid the hassle of coordinating multiple providers.

Another great project completed by our Manchester depot! 🏗️

We recently delivered a double-stacked 24ft anti-vandal unit, a water tank, a water cube and a 20ft container to a new construction client, providing practical, secure accommodation for their site.
The client kindly took the time to share their feedback, and we must agree, the black units look fantastic! 🖤
