We are not just considered for our design flair but also for our problem solving, feasibility studies, project reviews, management skills in protecting clients interests/investments, maximising space and use and all with high quality buildabilty design. Our experience covers from £50,000 - £19 million in a variety of sectors from commercial office developments, high quality residential works, retail outlets, hospitals, restaurants and bars, the arts and educational projects. We work closely with a group of the countries leading consultants to ensure projects are protected by the best organisations and people available. This team of consultants includes structural engineers, project managers, planning supervisors, planning consultants, service engineers, landscaping architects, acoustic and traffic consultants as well as other specialist teams. We provide clients with a one-stop shop, pulling in the relevant people to co-ordinate your project.

The drone picture shows the main glulam beams being installed a couple of months ago and the latest ones show the roof boarded, with the waterproofing membrane in place.

*As of August 2026, the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) has been updated and the policy known as Paragraph 84e has now been moved to HO11. You can read more about this change over in our dedicated HO11 article on our website, but the below still applies to the new policy.
Building a home in the countryside represents a taxing but ultimately rewarding venture. These projects have, however, significantly benefited from the introduction and revision of HO11 - formerly Paragraph 84e and before this, Paragraphs 80, 55 and 79 - of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
What Are HO11 Houses?
HO11 allows for the construction of new dwellings in rural areas provided the design is of an exceptional quality. Often also referred to as the ‘Country House Exemption Clause’, it ensures that these pioneering, original designs are given the green light. The design’s quality and originality must be demonstrable during the proposal stage, and this is then reviewed by an independent panel.
To qualify for HO11, the proposed dwelling must meet specific criteria related to architectural excellence, landscape design, and sustainability. Much of the legislation’s intention is to encourage innovation, enough so that it positively contributes to its environment.
Anyone seeking to construct a new dwelling under the HO11 clause needs to demonstrate how their design meets the policy's requirements. This may include but is not limited to considerations of the site's ecological impact, the use of local materials, and the overall aesthetic contribution to the surrounding landscape.

Here are some images of our project Woodlands that has been shortlisted in the New House of the Year (over 2,500 sq ft) category in this year's British Homes Awards!

We are thrilled to have been acknowledged for this project in Sevenoaks, Kent. It was an exciting project to complete, with Covid slowing things down and other challenges that the team worked hard to resolve.

We are extremely pleased and proud to have achieved the results and to have been shortlisted for this wonderful award.

Success in the GOLD-rated Awards programme demonstrates the highest level of design skill and professional mastery across the interior design profession.

Guaranty Trust Bank (UK) Ltd’s new headquarters occupies a six-storey building in Fitzrovia, London, delivering a refined banking environment that reflects the bank’s dual identity: proudly African and globally positioned. The project brief called for a full-building fit-out to accommodate 120 staff, a secure vault and comms infrastructure, and a high-end client banking floor — all within a modest footprint and a fixed £2 million budget.
To complete the final stage of judging, the public are now invited to vote for their favourite finalist designs - accounting for 10% of the overall results.
