Project Overview

We were appointed by a returning client to deliver a full refurbishment and fit-out across two residential properties in Saffron Walden, creating a total of eight high-quality, self-contained flats ready for the rental market. Having successfully completed previous projects for the client, we were trusted to manage the works from initial strip-out through to handover.

The brief was to produce durable, modern interiors that would appeal to the local rental market, while ensuring consistency across all units and compliance with current building and safety standards.

Tomorrow evening I’ll be performing at my final Christmas party of the year as I head to entertain the team at BD Creative.

It’s been a brilliant festive season full of great events, fantastic reactions and wonderful clients – so I’m looking forward to ending it on a high.
