Phase 1 of our job at seaton completed today 260 porcelain flags laid with 140 anthracite borders and 85 special edgings for the wall top and steps.
Back next week to lay the artificial grass and top soil the planted area.

Job completed recently in Dearham where we removed the old rotten sleeper retainer and replaced with block retaining walls. The first was faced in new facing brick and the other 2 were clad in stone cladding.
We then put up new fences along the top of 2 of the walls then levelled and re turfed the garden to finish off.

Drive completed up at Whitehaven yesterday, new retaining wall built to lift the bottom end of drive by 700mm with over 60 ton taken away and 40ton of stone back in.
New tobermore slate edgings around the perimeter with steps built down to the existing path at the bottom of the drive.
Thanks to Tolsons for a great job of the tarmac.

Back garden works completed on our current project in Whitehaven. First photos are the before which had the worst laid porcelain i have ever seen with glass balustrades installed on a sleeper retainer which was rotten and the glass installed the wrong way.
We took this down and installed a new foundation and built a new block retaining wall the re installed the glass balustrades the correct way.
We then borrowed in 15 ton of stone to level the area and re played the existing porcelain with a new border in light grey bordeaux jointed with carbon easy joint. To complete the transformation we took down the old fencing and replaced with new.
