We’re preparing to launch the Build Hub pilot in June 2026 and are inviting a limited number of homeowners, building contractors and architects to be part of the next stage of development.
Build Hub has been created to bring greater clarity, structure and confidence to residential construction projects through one connected digital platform. From early planning and budgeting through to contractor engagement and project coordination, our goal is to improve the experience for everyone involved in the process.
Our pilot programme will give selected early users complimentary access to the platform while we continue refining workflows, tools and user experience using real project feedback and collaboration from industry professionals.
We are currently looking to connect with:
• Homeowners planning renovations, extensions or new build projects
• SME building contractors seeking higher quality, structured opportunities
• Architects and design professionals interested in modernising the client journey
This is an opportunity to help shape a platform designed around real industry challenges and practical day-to-day project delivery.
As part of the pilot programme, participating homeowners who complete their project journey, end-of-project review and feedback survey will also be entered into a £1,000 prize draw as a thank you for contributing valuable feedback to the platform’s development.
Build Hub is being developed with a strong focus on usability, transparency, collaboration and long-term value for both clients and professionals.
