It’s a very low profile news release but the truth is the old housing stock can’t just go green with out a large investment in upgrading insulation ,windows and doors before you can even consider a heat pump to add to this the cold temperatures have put a massive demand on a struggling gas and electricity systems. Change is coming but we have a lot to do before any all out ban on gas and oil in the near future.
