Get ready for Winter ❄️
Carry out the 15 minute check on your boiler and ensure everything is working.

Follow these simple steps to test your boiler before the weather gets cold

1) Check your boiler’s pressure. It should be between 1 and 1.5 bar.

2) Turn the heating on and let it run for 15 minutes.

3) Listen for any unusual noises or faults as this could mean that there is something wrong.

4) Check your radiators. Turn them up and down to ensure the heating responds.

Finally, leave your heating on for a while to ensure everything is working correctly.

Jake has been working with us for nearly 3 years, and has been mentored by Ken throughout this time to gain knowledge and experience with oil fired boilers.
As well as working with oil, Jake is studying gas at Grimsby College to gain his qualifications with Gas Safe.
