Well, I have always feared social media, and selfies.

So trying to relaunch a public profile.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I’m the Director of CT11 Construction Ltd. Throughout my career, I have led the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects valued at £2 million and above across the commercial, industrial, public sector and residential markets.

Starting my career at the age of 15, I have built a reputation for delivering complex projects safely, on time and within budget.

My expertise spans project planning, contract management, commercial awareness, risk management, CDM compliance, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest professional standards.

I successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated specialist subcontractors and maintained collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners throughout every stage of a project.

fully bespoke cupboard designed and handcrafted to fit seamlessly within an existing kitchen, incorporating a built-in chalkboard as both a practical and decorative feature. The interior was carefully planned to provide efficient storage for larger household items, including buckets, brooms, and cleaning equipment, creating an organised and functional space while complementing the existing kitchen design. This was built within CT11’s workshop and installed today in Sheen.

CT11 are in Birchington today, fixing leaks, testing the system, before we start to replace the flooring .

Customer was miss informed of the core cause of the damage to the flooring and said it was a build up of condensation.

However on closer inspection, there is a clear indication of leaks from several places.

Bespoke Joinery Project – Clapham

We’re currently completing a bespoke wardrobe project for a client in Clapham.

All cabinetry has been custom-built in our Margate workshop and tailored specifically to the client’s requirements. This week marked the start of the installation phase, with the drawer units now fitted and in place.

The wardrobe cupboards are scheduled for their final spray finish on Monday, after which the hanging rails will be installed. We will then complete the full oak flooring and hallway decoration before fitting the wardrobe doors to finish the project.

We’re pleased to report that the client is extremely happy with the progress so far, particularly the attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and the regular project updates that have kept them involved throughout the process.

In addition to the wardrobes, we’re also creating a bespoke under-stairs storage solution, providing practical space for coats, shoes, and everyday essentials.

We’re looking forward to sharing the completed project soon.
