🏡 LATEST BROADSTAIRS PROJECT – NEARLY COMPLETE!
We’re excited to share one of our latest projects in Broadstairs which is now entering the final stages of completion.
The client’s brief was simple – create additional living space for the family whilst improving the functionality and appearance of the property.
The project included:
✅ Creating a brand-new second lounge area
✅ Increasing the size of the existing garage
✅ Enlarging the kitchen utility space
✅ Constructing a complete new roof to this section of the property
✅ Supplying and installing a new electric roller garage door for easier access
✅ Removing the old patio and installing a stunning new porcelain patio area
✅ Rebuilding sleeper retaining walls and planting areas
✅ Creating a secure and practical bin storage area
This project has completely transformed the rear of the property, providing valuable additional living space along with a modern outdoor entertaining area that can be enjoyed all year round.
