Minor transformation in this bathroom, previous water damage to the toilet/vanity, flooring and bath panel.

Toilet/vanity replaced ✅
Bath screen replaced from fixed to pivot screen + hinged end ✅
Removed old floor tiles and replaced with LVT tiles (victorian style) ✅
New bath panel (colour now matches mirror cabinet) ✅
Re-sealed properly around bath and in corners for showering ✅

Complete bathroom refurb on this one!
Toilet and basin switched around (closer to soil stack as had issues with previous location)
New pipework and adjustments made for towel rad.

Fully tiled floor to ceiling along with the floor.
Pipework boxed properly as the client did not want anything on show where possible.

All worth it for the end result!

Two different types of work within this property! Kitchen and bathroom

*Kitchen adjustments*
•draw unit out- dishwasher in
•sink replacement
•standard unit out - new larger draw unit in

*bathroom upgrade*
•tiles extended above bath area
•separate shower over bath installed
•bath screen installed

Great transformation in both areas of the house as there was not a shower previously or a dishwasher!

*Outside- Garden bar*
New handwash sink and dishwasher connections ready for use in this soon to be outside bar at a country side pub restaurant.
Both hot and cold running water.

I know i know, im not very good at keeping up to date on posting! 😅 but aim to post more regularly, difficult when busy! 🤪Kitchen splash back tiled on this one. Great end result and finishes off the kitchen nicely, i also installed the sink.
