🔶 Hexagonal Floor Tiling 🔶

Another floor completed using these hexagonal tiles, with a contrasting centre detail.

The existing floor was latex levelled and primed before tiling, giving a solid, smooth base ready for the tiles.

The hexagonal tiles featured a red outer section with a cream centre, finished off with silver grout to bring the whole design together. 👌

This one was completed subcontracting for my old boss Lloyd at Affordable Tiling — always good to work together again. 🤝

Another one finished and looking the part. 💪

Out with the old, in with the new! 🚰

Old kitchen tap was defective and dripping, so I replaced it with a new one. While I was at it, I also fitted new isolation valves and used a 15mm–½" coupling to avoid cutting into the existing rubber before the flexi hoses.

A nice little upgrade and a much better setup. 👌

I’ve now got limited availability with a few quotes pending. My next availability for smaller jobs is End-September, and after that I’ll be looking to start filling the diary for the following months.

If you or someone you know is looking for tiling work or a bathroom renovation, get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote.

📅 Get booked in early and let’s get your project planned! 👍

Something a little different on this kitchen splashback in Broadstairs.

These 10x20 metro tiles have been installed vertically in a stacked pattern rather than the traditional brick bond, creating a clean contemporary look that really suits the space.

It's not a layout I get asked to do very often, but I love how it turned out.

The client messaged afterwards to say they were "fantastic" and were really pleased with the finished result.

Attention to detail is everything on splashbacks, from perfectly aligned grout joints to neat cuts around sockets and worktops.

If you're planning a kitchen update in, Kent or the surrounding areas and are looking for a professional tiler, feel free to get in touch.

Recent kitchen splashback completed.

Textured grey tiles finished with Manhattan grout, colour-matched trims and silicone for a clean, modern finish.

Really pleased with how this one turned out.

Fire hearth completed working as part of Affordable Tiling team.

Used 20×20 porcelain clay-effect tiles, so no sealing needed. Left perfectly prepped and ready for grout the next day.
Quick, tidy job — in and out in about an hour.

🔥 Kitchen Splashback Transformation 🔥

Just finished installing these stunning 7.5 × 25cm porcelain gloss, handmade rustic-effect tiles as a kitchen splashback across two separate walls — one behind the hob and the other along the window wall.

The gloss finish catches the light beautifully, while the handmade rustic texture adds real character and depth. Using this long brick format across both areas ties the kitchen together without it feeling overdone.

This one involved plenty of detailed trim work around the edges and window reveal to keep everything sharp, balanced, and flowing cleanly across both walls. Proper attention to detail from start to finish.
If you’re thinking about upgrading your kitchen splashback, tiles like these make a serious statement.

📩 I’m currently booking around 3 months ahead, so get in touch early to secure a slot.
