We're pleased to announce that Deanestor has successfully passed its annual SSIP audit with Once for All, reaffirming our commitment to the highest standards of health and safety, compliance, and risk management.

The Once for All SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) certification independently verifies that our health and safety management systems meet a recognised set of industry standards, giving our clients and partners added confidence in the way we work.

Deanestor is pleased to announce that we have achieved two new Constructionline Building Safety Act certifications:

• Building Safety Act, Standard Construction
• Building Safety Act, High Risk Buildings

These certifications demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance, recognising that we have the policies, procedures and organisational competence required to meet the UK's Building Safety Act requirements.

Achieving the Higher Risk Buildings certification also strengthens our ability to support complex, highly regulated projects across the UK.

The assessment recognises that we have the policies, processes and organisational competence in place to meet the latest Building Safety Act requirements, giving our clients confidence that we're committed to delivering safe, compliant projects.

We are proud to have delivered bespoke fitted furniture for Timber Yard Bristol, a major purpose-built student accommodation development in Bristol’s Temple Quarter.

Our scope included furniture for more than 700 student bedrooms and studios, alongside communal kitchens and shared spaces. Designed, manufactured and installed by Deanestor, the furniture package was created to maximise space, functionality and durability for modern student living.

Commenting on Deanestor’s contribution to the project, Mark Jones, Development Director of Studio Hive, said: “Deanestor successfully supported the delivery of over 700 student rooms at Timber Yard Bristol. Their team demonstrated a strong understanding of the design and operational requirements of modern student accommodation, providing bespoke furniture solutions that maximised space, functionality, and durability throughout both cluster flats and studio apartments. Deanestor worked collaboratively with the wider project team throughout the project, and the finished furniture has contributed significantly to the overall quality and appeal of the development.”

The award reflects Mario’s commitment to maintaining Deanestor’s high standards of safety, quality and professionalism on site, alongside the collaborative approach that supports successful project delivery.

We’ve delivered a full FF&E furniture fit-out for the University of Staffordshire’s new Student Village, covering 700+ bedrooms across cluster blocks and townhouses.

Working in partnership with Willmott Dixon, early collaboration helped bring the vision to life from day one.

We’ve received a brilliant fly-through video of Crown Place, Birmingham, where Deanestor was appointed as the FF&E supplier, delivering and installing bespoke fitted and loose furniture throughout this landmark student accommodation scheme.

Our scope covered student bedrooms and shared spaces, with furniture designed to balance durability, functionality and a high-quality residential feel, essential for modern PBSA environments. From wardrobes, desks and storage solutions to thoughtfully designed communal areas, every element was manufactured to meet the demands of high-use living while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

Seeing the finished scheme captured so well really highlights the impact that well-designed FF&E has on the overall look, feel and longevity of a building, and we’re proud to see our work showcased like this.
