At Westville, we’re proud to have worked alongside Nottingham Energy Partnership for nearly two decades, supporting their mission to tackle fuel poverty and drive meaningful change across the region.

In the last 12 months, NEP has helped 5,892 households through home surveys, tailored energy plans, and practical efficiency improvements, alongside support with benefits and hardship funding. The result is £4.9 million in savings delivered to those who need it most.

Delivered with architect Gil Schalom, this heritage home has been transformed through deep retrofit, cutting energy use by 74% and significantly reducing carbon emissions.

It was great to meet everyone at the Resident Information Event ahead of the upcoming improvement works at Wyton Close in Nottingham.

The project will see the flats transformed with external wall insulation, helping create warmer homes, lower energy bills and a fresh new look for the buildings.

We were delighted to welcome so many residents to our marquee to learn more about the work and ask questions about the improvements coming to their homes. The project was very well received and residents shared how much they’re looking forward to the results.
