I would never use these on my own property or recommend them to anyone with good woodwork that are planning to stay for a long time in the property...

But this stuff is handy when it comes to freshening up woodwork in 1 quick hit.

I hit these doors with 1 coat and it was enough to freshen them up quickly so the house could go on the market.
Good for flipping properties, rentals or anywhere the budget and time doesn't allow to do the job properly.

You dont get this coverage from standard top coats and it wasn't applied to thick either. Another mistake I often see is people slapping it on and getting runs. This is where the trouble starts. Its not something I would want to sand down...
