❌❌ We are a professional painting and decorating business and with that comes costs that no one even knows about , when the quotes are given they are as fair as they can posibly be but we still have to make a profit as there’s no point having the business, all the long days, the running around, the paper work, the hard work, the fuel, insurances, tax, national insurance the wear and tear on vehicles, the tools needed, people’s wages , no bank holidays, no annual leave, no sick pay , having to be on your phone 24/7 and having to quote late at night and on weekends aswell as running around doing all these quotes that you never hear back from so this all has to be taken into consideration when pricing up Jobs.
We too have bills to pay and families to feed! And us small independent businesses have to rely on you guys to keep us going! There’s no guarantee you have a job set in stone until you’re actually on it! And even then it’s not guaranteed that you’re going to be paid! Over the last year we have come across some really lovely people! But there has been some really cheeky and horrible ones too!
We won’t be coming out for £100 a day as it’s really not worth it, so please don’t bother messaging me if you think we want a bit of pocket money! If you’re wanting a beautiful finish on your jobs then you have to realise the hard work and effort that goes into it! This isn’t aimed at anyone it’s just a bit of an eye opener for some people. ❌❌
